Hybrid is terrible. It is like teaching two classes at once.

But if students want choice, hy-flex is the answer. That is, students can come to class for an in-person synchronous experience *or* they can opt for an equivalent asychronous online version of the course. Some of the content and assignments are similar, but there are differences. And nothing is streamed.
