I too have been switching and looking for the perfect system — which we all know does not exist.

I have (very happily) landed on Obsidian. It’s plain text system is perfect for notes and writing, including project management. I loved the concept of the daily note, which I now use as my journal, and there are some great plug-ins for calendars and tasks. It is highly customizable and as complicated as you want to make it.

Now that it is rolling out its mobile apps, it has become my go to place for everything.
