I too recently moved from Evernote (after a series of disappointing “updates”) to Apple Notes, and it has been great.

The only thing keeping me on Evernote for the last year or so was the audio recordings, but I’m using Music Memos for that now, which is much better!

My favorite part of Apple Notes is how it’s integrated into the other elements of the Mac ecosystem: Safari, e-mail, and the new Reminders app.
